All items that are in stock will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Generally this is within one business day of the order being placed. We will notify you as soon as your order has been received and the item has been shipped.
Items out of stock
From time to time we will be out of stock of products, we will do our best to notify you before you place an order by using the ‘place backorder’ title above where you can place an order. Occasionally due to excess demand we will not have an opportunity to provide this information directly on the website. If this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible about the product availability and expected delivery timeframe. If you wish to cancel the order we will provide you a full refund immediately.
We at Outdoor Technology Australia respect your rights as a consumer, all statutory warranties are applicable including your right to return or exchange your product within a reasonable time. If the item is faulty on delivery we will replace it with an identical item that is brand new. If the item is under warranty we will at our discretion replace it with an identical item or repair yours. It just comes down to what is the most practical solution at the time. We have your back!
